Our Managing Director Sally-Anne Pygall has more than 30 years’ experience as a senior manager in the area of telephone triage/consultation work in primary care and unscheduled care provision (including out of hours services).

Sally-Anne offers unrivalled experience and knowledge in training and consultancy services for telephone health care and has worked in the private and public sector, as well as social enterprise organisations.

She regularly trains on behalf of the RCGP, as well as deaneries across the UK.
